All Click-In Loop users are required to read fully and take action if necessary.

We have found a small number of stainless steel parts from a recent production batch may have a manufacturing issue that can cause rust and eventually part failure. The stainless steel part is located in the Harness Loop assembly. In the event of the part failing, the kites’ flag out system will engage.

As safety is our main concern we have decided to replace potentially affected Harness Loops.

Please follow the instructions below to locate and check your Control System serial number.
