Who Is It For?
Anyone who wants to feel the thrill of kitesurfing with as little complication and as much progression as possible. The Reflex is built tough for heavy use, and is suitable from complete beginners all the way through to advanced riders. While the primary design focus is twin-tip big-air performance, the Reflex's tighter turns and softer feel also make it an excellent cross-discipline kite for wave and foil sessions.
Reflex vs. Vortex
| Reflex | Vortex |
|---|---|
| 3-strut Dacron airframe — more hard-wearing with a softer, more accessible ride feel | 3-strut Aluula airframe — stiffer, sharper, constantly switched-on feel |
| Lower aspect ratio offers more low-end power (still a relatively high-aspect design) | Higher aspect ratio for faster forward flight and more top-end performance |
| More material twist under load — turns more tightly through a loop with less power | Ultra-stiff frame — more drive and pull through a slightly wider loop; extreme stability across the full wind range |
| Ideal for: Beginner to Advanced | Ideal for: Intermediate to Pro |
