Shipping policy

Orders will be processed in a timely manner. Most orders will ship on the next working day. 

UK MAINLAND

Shipping costs are free to UK mainland addresses for overs with a value over £100. This excludes items which require special handling. Your shipping costs and options will be displayed at checkout.

OTHER UK AREAS

Orders which incur extra ordinary shipping costs will either be refunded, or we will contact you to try and make alternative arrangements. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

OUTSIDE THE UK

Goods shipping to anywhere outside of the UK are considered Exports. As such we will not charge VAT on the sale and the goods will be shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that when the goods arrive in the destination country you will be asked to pay any duty, customs fees and the VAT. These amounts vary from country to country.

For most EU shipments, please consider the following:
Duty - 2-3%
Customs fees - 10-20 EUR
VAT - 19-21%

If you reject the delivery and the goods are returned to us, we will only refund the products, not any shipping costs. 

CLAIMS

We can only accept claims for damage in transit if you have signed for the delivery as damaged.
